BMS Vanguard Roofing 10-year workmanship warranty certificate

Peace of mind

Every new roof comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty

We put our promise in writing. When we fit a new roof, you receive a written warranty covering our workmanship for a full decade.

  • Written warranty issued when the job is complete
  • Covers defects in both workmanship and materials
  • Fully transferable if you sell your home
  • No call-out charges during the warranty period

Hidden roof damage

Wildlife can quietly wreck your roof

Much of the damage we repair starts with birds and squirrels — and most homeowners never see it happening.

  • Squirrels chew lead flashing

  • Droppings eat away mortar

  • Nests lift and loosen tiles

Don't wait until it becomes a big problem

A free drone inspection spots wildlife damage, loose tiles and failing mortar early.

  • “Great service from Ben from start to finish. Quoted remedial work to our roof, upon finding a few issues around our dorma extension he was very fair with pricing for extra works that needed carrying out. Trusted his quality of work and was happy for him to be working on our property when we weren’t around. Would recommend as he provides a free drone roof inspection with no hard selling tactics.”
